At GHM.Jewels, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at gwendolyne@ghmjewels.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions, including the shipping address.
3. Ship the item back within 15 days of receiving our confirmation.
Refunds & Processing
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
Exchanges
• If you need a different item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
